Col I have the honor to inform you that I Telegraphed you yesterday informing you that my Regiment was to be mustered out at once. I presume that I will be mustered out with my Regiment. if so, I will if consistent with your wishes be pleased to accept a place in the F. M. B. for my Military history I have the honor to respectfully referr you to the records at Washington City. — for my Business capacity I referr you to Col H. W. Prather, Lieut Col. Kise, and all Officers of the 120" Ind Vols. (now on duty in your City) also to Gov O. P. Morton of Indiana. My Second Lieut Mr. W^m M. Fisher is desirous of and would be pleased to accept an appointment in the same Dept. for his history and Business capacity and Military career.
