Dear Mr. Cortissoz,

I am just sending you this line to tell you that our publicity man informs us that if we do not release for publication the news of the arrival of the Reynolds on the same day as your article appears, namely, Sunday, Dec. 25th, it will have no further news value for the papers, and they would not use it.

We have therefore given instructions to have it released on this day, and I thought I would just notify you accordingly.
