Dear Sir I worked with Dr W. B. Eavens for half of the Crop last year We mad two hogsheads of tobacco twenty two barrels of Corn eleven stacks of oats eight Stacks of fodder I got my part of the Corn and that is all of the Crop I got)  I got 1 1/2 bushel of salt 123 lbs of pork 1 1/2 bushel of beans [[12?]] 1/2 lbs of flour & 366 [[tax?]] and 3 bushels of Corn and he not being deposed to settle fairly I now appeal to you for hep in the matter
hoping that you will see that I get Justice
