Hd Qrs Post of Raleigh
Raleigh N C. June 1st 1867.

No 19

2  The troops stationed at this Post will be paraded at the Railroad Depot in this city at 3 o'clock P. M. promptly, Monday June 3rd 1867 to receive and escort the President of the United States & his suite from the Depot to the Yarborough Hotel in this city.
     
The escort will be commanded by Capt J. C. Denney 5th 
U.S. Cavalry who will report to these Hd Qrs for specific instructions.
     
Staff officers and other officers not serving
immediately with the troops will repair to the Depot at the time above designated to participate in the reception of the President.
     
All other officers present at this Post are respectfully requested and cordially invited to be present.
