Enclosed herein I send affidavits of Wm H Moore (Cold.) and Sal Nash (Cold.)

The original letter purporting to have been written by Lieut Echelberry to Mr D S Russell in reference to one Horace Murray (Cold.) was never delivered to Mr Russell and is I understand still in the possession of Murray but as Murray is now a fugitive from justice I cannot obtain it
