Sir.
We whose names are subscribed in behalf of the Freedmen of Weldon so petition that four hundred ($400, dollars may be allowed by the beureax for the purpose of putting windows in and repairing generally a building to be used as a school house for the Freedmen.
 
The building to be repaired is fifty feet in length thirty feet wide, it needs a new floor and seals ducks and doors the above includes all fixtures
