did not see any fire arms on Dallas Williams. Directly after this the Dep Sheriff with Alonzo Williams and James T Harris went down with me to Henry Pearce's land to look for Save. Save was at his aunt's who was sick, and died that day. The same night I saw Alonzo Williams, Dallas Williams, and James T. Harris, between 8 & 9 o'clock on Harris land Save and I were at a spring. Alonzo carried a gun. Harris had a sword in his left hand and a pistol in his right coat pocket. he drew the pistol & pointed it at Save & told him if he didn't own that he broke into his store he would kill him. he cursed him & told him to go along up to the house. Harris told Defendent to go back home & come there [[?]] next evening.
