I am directed by the Major Gen'l Commsr to enclose herewith the discharge certificate of David Rogers, late Sergt. Co. H 36 = U. S. C. T. whose claim against the government for bounty is allowed, and the amount $.200^00 in the hands of the Chief Dis. Off. of this Bureau for remittance to claimant

The claim was forwarded by Bvt Maj. A. Coats. Supt Bu. &c. New Berne. N. C.
