I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders, No. 2396., for transportation of Julius Spratt and wife, Freedpeople, the same having been requested by letter of Rev. J. J. O'Connell, forwarded to this office, recommended by endorsement of Maj. Genl. Dan'l. E. Fickles, of date May 27 1867. - Please forward the transportation to Mr. O'Connell thro. the Agent of the Bureau at Charlotte.
