I have the honor to enclose herewith the discharge of [[underline]] Doctor Austin, [[/underline]] late Corpl. Co "L" 1^st Regt. U. S. C. Cavy. together with letter from 2^nd Auditor Treasury notifying this office of the [[wavy underline]] disallowance [[/wavy underline]] of his claim for Bounty.

The records of this office show the claim to have been forwarded by Lt. T. D. M^cAlpine A. Supt. at Raleigh N. C.

The Post office address of the claimant is given as:  "Wake Forrest. College N. C."
