Arbres des forets de La Palma [Trees of the forests of La Palma- translated from French] There is a "La Palma" in Guanacaste, Puntarenas & San Jose Territories. [But references to forests on label make Guanacaste more probable] I disagree with that assumption. There are also forests in Puntarenas and San Jose. In fact, based on the altitude of the record -1459 m, which is pretty high-, only La Palma in the territory of San Jose can correspond. The others La Palma in the other territories are around 500 m of altitude.
