Mrs. Hoover is moving today and wants us to help her.  Mama is coming to stay with the kids.  Folks could not get the car started So I took them out.  we got quite a bit done.  we went out home after kids.  Lloyd Dave & Mr. D were there So we played raise.

 Ironed some.  Peggy & Dick are not very good.  Decided on rugs for living room & dining room.  Gave $15.00 on rugs.  They will be $46.80 yet but they are supposed to last twice as long as store rugs.  I chose watered wine.  I hope I'll like it.

Worked around ironed and mended.  Went up town in P.M.  Got Peggy a dress and Richard a suit.  Mama & myself a dress.  Decided to tear paper and worked at it until late.
