April 9 Sun

Easter

Hurried around all A.M.  Got Margaret & Gwynn off to Sunday School.  Then Mama & I went to Church.  Had a nice dinner.  Then we went out home awhile  I wanted to get a slip from Mother.

April 10  Mon

Washed.  Mother brought in some of her things.  I went to the lake with Sarah to make reservations for the club.  Mama took the kids.  Clarence took his plow shares to Farefield.  Then went on to W. Masfield to see about chicks  got home. we went out and cleaned brooder house.

April 11 Tues

went with Clarence to clean brooder and sterilize it.  scrubbed it with Lysol water. got the chicks and I went along to practice.  The chicks seem very nice.  Hope they do well.

April 12  Wed

Clarence got up early and went to see about the chickens.  I washed my hair and got a wave.  went up town and bought a new dress.  Got a dandy black for $2.88.  Went to Vassars' party & shower.  We both got the first prizes.
