Our Barlup picnic was a fizzle Some were hungry. And some did not get there until 2:00. So of course the kids were hungry and Aunt Ella said Margaret had 3 sandwiches and she did not know how many more she wanted Ha Well anyway we ate what we took because I told them to. We did not eat the steak or ham---

washed. Had a fairly large one.
Got the kids off to school. They both seem to like it. Canned 9 qts of tomatoes in P.M. got pickles ready to can.   Went to Grange to practice 2nd degree for inspection. Had the police down for next door and if they don't let our kids alone I am taking it to Juvenile Court.
