Must sew. C.F. working today. Keeping Malcolm. This makes 9 days I have kept him. Peggy went to Jacksons awhile. C.F. called out. Will Clean tomorrow Its a little warmer. Must get some of the [[underlined]] dirt [[/underlined]] out. Its been so cold so long I have let things go. Helen and Don have a new baby boy this A.M. Donald Wayne

Want to Clean up the house as the folks are coming up tonight I guess we are making Ice Cream at Jacksons. Bob leaves for the Army tomorrow. Sold Wm. Howards a ton of Hay last night. Pay Day. Not so big tho. As C.F. did not work 2 days because of weather Harners Came out Had given up getting much for supper I did cook some bacon & Eggs.
