It was late and I wanted to pick some tomatoes. Was in garden when Florence Ruth & Mama came. We went to see "Stage Door Canteen" Very good. I was so worried Am not washing as I have to dress a chicken and make salad. Have to help Clarence - mow hay this P.M. Got home stove did not work right so had to cook chicken on oil stove. We had a nice picnic at Rutan park. The only trouble dark came to quick.
