Went to Chapter with Venus and Mrs Bird. There were almost 100 over. We had a very nice time.

It rained in the night. Dont know whether it will clear or not I guess we are going in to see about the drain and the plastering. There is so much to do and since it rained Clarence cant drive. So we had better get it sold.
