W.B.Potter retired just before the move to Erie and H.L. Andrews, one of Potter's assistants, was made head with C.M. Davis, Potter's other assistant, as Andrews assistant. Andrews also appointed W. Maurice Guynes, a former motor design man, as his other assistant. As well as I can piece it together today, 43 years later, the organization which was set up in Erie, including the various changes and innovations, was as follows although there may have been a delay or so here and there in getting things established:
