in her swimming. This evening I got into a bridge session with the Shifletts and Mrs. Asche, the lady from Houston with the French governess for her cute, four year old daughter. A rather odd looking woman, she appears younger than she evidently is, small, blond, wrinkled, young figure.

This morning got in four sets of doubles with Jerry against Mrs. Asche and Rowe, Rowe was terrible at first, not having played in ten years, but he kept improving and the last set they gave us quite a battle.
