our marriage. I should say it has been a distinct success. One look at Bab and Rog alone is enough to assure that. What a pair! We did nothing to "celebrate" today, regarding last night as sort of a celebration.

Today it got very cold, freezing all the slush of yesterday, wind blowing wildly. So we stayed indoors. Bab developed a slight fever also and after calomel felt better, so we hope that's nothing more than an upset tummy. Roy was hale as ever, accompanying me to the postoffice and putting on an excellent game of Chinese checkers against us both. And we showed the Christmas movies that proved to be for the most part, very good. A quiet day, but a good one except for Babbie's upset. Tomorrow, the office and work!

Well, Felix is in New York today delivering our paper and I don't feel at all badly about not being there too. After cleaning up my mail and expense account, I dove into the small diesel report for the B&M. I want to make a real job out of it because it will stand side by side with the big diesel report that Alco is making, and I want it to shine. I have the material to do it and the ability to do it also, and with little to disturb me this week, I can do it.
