out soon.we're going to be in a jam some day on our Income Tax returns as well as Penna. Personal Property Tax. Gave Felix the cartoon this morning and he was tickled with it, said they were sending it to a French paper they subscribe to and he [[underlined]] hoped to show it to me in print some day. [[/underlined]] I didn't think he wanted it for that but merely to illustrate his idea. It would be a joke if it is published but I think the chances slim, although he didn't. It makes me cogitate though if I haven't a more promising extra curricular activity in such cartooning than in writing. Perhaps I ought to go after both and maybe one will click some day.

My report is in the mill. Andrews says we ought to put it in on an 8 year payment basis because Alco is. I don't agree and neither do Waller or Maurice. The difficulty with Alco is that they can't show the return we can. Andy will be here Thursday to review it. And Friday, Ernie Bliss and "Connie" Donovan will be here to see the 43 ton. So the B & M is that interested - a good sign.
