Taking a course on teaching, of some sort, wanting to get a teaching job now because he feels there's no future with International Harvester. He has charge of the furnace work there at the Auburn Plant at $40 a week and sees nothing ahead. Personally I think he'd be better off to stick.

Mother's leg is well healed and I thought she looked quite well. The doctor told her that at her age there were a "couple of things that should be watched." I presume her heart and blood pressure. But he seems to feel she's in pretty good shape.
