INCREASE IN SALARY OF ACTING SECRETARY.

After a discussion of this subject, on motion the following resolution was adopted:-

RESOLVED; That the matter of an increase in Dr. Abbot's salary and in what matter it shall be arranged is referred to the Executive Committee with power to act as it may think best.

ADJOURNMENT.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Board adjourned.
