exhibition while it was on, the other smaller oil paintings of the "Plongeurs" which you had lent to me - outside of course, of the one belonging to Mrs. Marron. In other words, three paintings which, as you will see are No. 3, 4, and 5 of the catalogue, of which I am sending you herein a cutting. You realize, of course, that there is no certainty whatsoever of making a sale. He seemed to be interested in your work, but not sufficiently, however, to purchase any of the watercolors I own.
