My dear Miss MacManus:

Mr. N. de Gunzburg suggested that I write to you in connection with an exhibition of some of FERNAND LEGER's pictures which I am going to show at my galleries from April 19th., to May 6th. The appended note will tell you more fully of the scope of this show.

I am sending you a photograph, in case you would wish to reproduce it.

The tremendous importance of Fernand Léger in the whole evolution of present day modern art is, of course, well know to you, as in the opinion of many he ranks with Picasso, Braque and Rouault, and therefore this exhibition might be of interest to your readers.

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Séligmann)
