As leader, Henry Vinton Plummer, organized the following persons into what they called Bladensburg Burying Association, or "Bladensburg Union:"
Darius Bowman, Uriah Wallace, Josiah Johnson, Edward Minor, Catherine Bowman, Emily Plummer, Sylvia Wallace, Sarah Alexander, Lucy Ross, and Sara Miranda Plummer Howard Clark. There may have been others present.
