From Lasting Hymn Song Book

87  Crown Him.
MRS. ELLA LAUDER.
D.B. TOWNER.

1. Hear the vaulted arches ringing
With the praise of Jesus,
Ev'ry heart rejoices;
Listen to the angels singing,
In our great Redeemer's praise.

Chorus.
[[high voices]]Crown Him King of glory,[[/high voices]]
[[low voices]] Crown Him, crown Him, King of glory,[[/low voices]]

Crown the Son of David,
Crown Him Lord of all,

[[high voices]]Crown Him King of glory,[[/high voices]]
[[low voices]] Crown Him, crown Him, King of glory,[[/low voices]]

Crown the Saviour Lord of all.

2. Crown, O crown our loving Saviour,
For His wondrous goodness,
For His loving kindness;
For it was this loving Saviour
Died a sinful world to bless.

3. Crown Him, crown a suff'ring Saviour,
Gently lift the thorn-crown,
Take the cruel cross down,
And behold the suff'ring Saviour
On a glorious heav'nly throne.

4. Crown the mighty risen Saviour,
Over death victorious,
Reigning now most glorious,
Evermore our risen Saviour
Wears the crown of holiness.

FOR US

If we have not learned that God's in man.
And man in God again,
That to love thy God is to love they brother. And to serve thy Lord is to serve each
other--
Then Christ was born in vain!
If we have not learned that one man's life
In all men lives again;
That each man's battle, fought alone,
Is won or lost for everyone--
Then Christ hath lived in vain!

If we have not learned that death's no break
In life's unceasing chain,
That the work in one life well begun
In others if finished by others is done--
Then Christ hath died in vain!
If we have not learned of immortal life,
And a future free from pain,
The Kingdom of God in the heart of man.
And the living world on heaven's plan--
Then Christ arose in vain!
-C. P. Gilman.

5. Scripture Reading_Romans 12:9-18

Superintendent: Let love be without dis-simulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

School: Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another;

Superintendent: Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

School: Rejoicing in hope: patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Superintendent: Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

School: Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Superintendent: Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

School: Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Superintendent: Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

All:If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. 6. Recitation in Concert-Jude 17-21.

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Transcription Notes:
Not sure how to transcribe musical docs. Do the notes and what not get transcribed like an image? Special character? or not at all? Or is there a special tagline? there is open source music notation editing software, but it is kludgy https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Sheet_music not as good as closed format, lilypond
