I have the honor to enclose herewith Certificate of Dr S J Wilson, in reference to the disease of Harrison Bradshaw (F).

This man is poor & friendless, has a good character for honesty & industry, and I would respectfully recommend that he be sent to Freedmens Hospital for treatment, as there are no conveniences at the Poor House. Harrison will be unable to pay his fare on the cars.
