Personally appeared before me E. P. Stillwell, an acting justice of the peace, Daniel Wilson, freedman, and made oath in due form of law, that  William Fisher, of Webster, told him that himself Fayette Fisher, and Andrew Bryson, on the night of June 5" 1868, went to the house of Virgil Bryson, freedman, near Webster and assaulted the house, throwing stones against the door and windows, that a cry of alarm was raised in the house, whereupon they ran away from the house, and threw stones at the house again
