In accordance with directions from the Asst Commr in letter of May 1st 1868, I have the honor to submit below the following statement as being a fair average of the amount of Stationery required for the use of each officer and Agent on duty with the Bureau in this State viz:

(4) Four [[grs]] Writing Paper, per mo.
(100) One hundred Envelopes do, do [[ditto for "per mo."]]
(1) One bot Red Ink per Qr.
(1) One Pint A W Fluid do, do [[ditto for "per Qr."]]

(24) Twenty four Steel Pens per mo.
