Dear sir yours of the 28 ins is at hand which I with pleasure now answer in the Case of the state VS against A. Muray and others with

witneses for the state of only Leath and wife [[insert]] and A. Muray [[/insert]] witness for the Defendants Mrs Catharine Murray wife of A. Muray the witness for the state swares that on the night of the 21 inst A. Murray and the others Charged did enter the house of the plaintiff - threw his goods out threw down the house shot at him F. Muray one of the partyes Charged was left of out of the warrant as witness for the state I swore him and then gave the plaintiff privileg to Examin him as long as he saw propper the plaintiff failed to prove by this witness to sustain his Cause and before I Closed the Case I ast the plaintiff if he desired to Ask F. Muray anny moure questions he sd he did not
