States that he has investigated the case of the men confined in Louisburg Jail, as requested in communication of 4" inst. and find they were arrested under a capias issued by the Superior Court of Franklin Co. on indictment found by the Grand Jury of that Co.  The men with exception of one are at Liberty having given bonds for their appearance at Court &c.
