States that it is reported to the Commissioner by a Mr. Sanderon that Capt. Brown and Capt. Alex. Goslin A.Q.M. do not fully carry out the intentions of the Bureau in regard to Freedmen at Roanoke Island, especially in the issuing of Subsistence Stores.
Requests that the matter be investigated.
