House 40 ft long by 28 wide, and 20 ft high  Sills 8x10 in. ecept inside sills which shall be 8x8 in. Corner posts 4x6 in. — plates 4x6 in. window & door posts 4x4 in. studing 2x4 in. Sleepers 2x10 in. 1st set joists 2x8 in and 2nd set 2x6 in, the sleepers placed two feet apart and the joists 18 in., the rafters to average 2x5 in. the flooring on 1st floor 1¼ thick and on 2nd floor one inch thick. The front door to have a double frame made to recieve glass 10 in. wide around the upper part, the doors to be 3 ft wide by 7 feet high and made with two raised pannel running from top to bottom stiles. The washboarding below to be 8 in. high and 6 in. high above. The Windows to have a plain finish and contain 12 lights 12x16 each. the stairs not to consist of less than 19 steps and to be 3½ ft wide and finished with a plain neat railing & banasters on the stairway and also around the hole in floor above. Neat fireboards to be put on each of the fireplaces

The dormitories to have sills 6x8 in. plates 4x4in. corner posts 4x6 in windows put 4x4 in Studding 2x4 in. sleepers 2x8 in. and joists 2x6 in. Flooring windows & doors
