and the said S C Alexander, J C Shenck and William Howser do bind themselves, their heirs and executors to the full and faithful performance of said contract.

And the said
of the first part doth covenant and agree on the completion of the first Professors house and in like manner the others to cause the same to be inspected within ten days after notice of completion and if erected according to contract & shall pay to the said S C Alexander, J C Shenck and William Howser the sum of sixteen hundred dollars; for the second Professors house the sum of sixteen hundred dollars; for the six houses for dormitories the sum of twenty two hundred and fifty dollars; for the 522 - pannels of fencing and 18 gates the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars, and for the three privies the sum of seventy five dollars

And it is further agreed that the accompanying plan and specifications, shall be taken as part and parcel of this indenture, as necessary for any specifications omitted,
