FIRST DAY--Afternoon Session

3:15 P. M.--Opening, First Vice-President, Mrs. B. G. Boston, presiding.  Song, "Saved," was sung by the convention.  The Lord's Prayer was repeated by the convention.

The following committees were appointed:

Finance--With Mrs. Monokoo, as chairman.
Contingent--Mrs. Barnum, Chairman
Minute--Mrs. Morley, Chairman
Quadrennial--Mrs. Pendleton, chairman.
Memoirs--Mrs. Stewart, chairman.
Registration--Mrs. Baker, chairman.
Resolution--Mrs. Martha Thomas,
Banner--Mrs. Dames, chairman.
Student--Mrs. Ida Hopkins.
Song--By the convention.

The Model Missionary Meeting was next conducted as follows:

Opening by Mrs. M. C. Beckett.  Hymn:  "Blest Be the Tie."

Prayer by the Chaplain, Mrs. Dora Murray.  Hymn:  "From Greenland's Icy Mountains."  Scripture, I Cor. 1st chapter, by Mrs. Welch.  Song, "Over the Ocean Wave."  Business, by Mrs. M. C. Beckett, Minutes read yb Secretary, Mrs. Hammond.

On motion by Mrs. Jordan, seconded by Mrs. Welch that the the minutes be approved.  The motion was carried.  The unfinished and new business was next called for.

Information, by Mrs. Douglass.  She presented a chart and gave a very interesting demonstration, which was enjoyed by all.  Closing, Mrs. Della Green.  Roll call.

The next place of meeting.  The President thanked the members fo rbeing present.  The Mizpah benedication.

Criticism--The following ladies criticized the model meeting.  Mrs. Hill, Mrs. M.S. eBckett, Mrs. Briscoe, Mrs. Davis, Mrs. McEady, Mrs. Murrany, rs. Lilliam Johnson, rs. Hurst, Mrs. Mary E. Thompson and Mrs. Kinch.  Report of Temperance, by Mrs. E. C. Hammond, which was full of thought, inspiration and hope.  Reported adopted.  Our own, Mrs. M. P. Hill, gave a wonderful address on Temperance, which thrilled our hearts.  An address by Mrs. Kinch, Secretary-Treasurer of the Young People's Department, which was very helpful and encouraging.

Mrs. K. B. Hurst, wife of Bishop Jno. Hurst, of Eleventh Episcopal District, whom we always welcome to our convention, was present and delivered a splendid address, full of wholesome advice.

FIRST DAY--Evening Session

8:45 P. M.--Devotionals.  Hymn:  "How Sweet The Name Of Jesus Sounds."  Prayer by Mrs. Ardelia Baker.  Hymn, "Oh Thou In Whose Presence."  Mrs. M. L. McEady the Second Vice-President, presiding.

The minutes of the afternoon session were read and on motion by Mrs. Lucas, second by Mrs. Hutchison, that they be approved.  The motion was carried.

The Second Vice-President, Mrs. McEady, presented Mrs. Briscoe, the president, to make her annual address.  It was full of wholesome thought and splendid advice.  It was received and referred
