Mrs. Rachel Chainey, chairman of the Layman's Hour, presented this subject: "What Is Our Duty As Layman in Helping To Carry On the Missionary Work in Untouched Territories?" Those who spoke on the subject were: Mrs. Lucas, Mrs. Tatum, Mrs. Shipley, Mrs. M. F. Thompson, Miss Plummer, Mrs. Proctor, Mrs. Grayson, Mrs. Penn. The discussion closed.

Mrs. Mary Penn, of Randallstown Circuit, made a plea for help from the Missionary Ladies, asking them to come out and try to create an interest among the parents and children of Campfield Church. Mrs. M. F. Thompson, chairman of our Young People's Department, readily responded to the call, by offering her service, and to go to the rescue of these parents and young people of that church.

Introductions: Revs. Davis, Nelson, Dr. Jordan, P. E., of Baltimore District; Wesley, Key, Stewart and Crigler. Dr. Wesley spoke for the ministers in his usual encouraging manner. Mrs. Dora Murray was called upon to thank Rev. Wesley for his words of comfort.

The following committee was appointed on Quadrennial Assessments—Readjustment—Mrs. Clarina Pendleton, Miss Mattie I. Throckmorton, Miss Lillie Comegys, Mrs. Annie Nelson, Mrs. Della Green, Dr. Jordan, Presiding Elder of the Baltimore District, expressed  his great pleasure in being present. The Finance Committee took charge and lifted a collection of $3.06.

SECOND DAY—Afternoon Session

3:25 P. M.—Opened by the President. Song: "I Shall Know Him." I Cor. 12th chapter, read by Mrs. M. P. Hill. Song: "Trusting Jesus That Is All."

The minutes of the morning session were read, and adopted with necessary corrections.

The President reported receiving Mrs. Gwyn's dues. A motion was made that the amount be turned over to the Y. P. D. Motion carried. The Committee on the President's Address, made its report. The first recommendation was received. The report was adopted.

It was by common consent that the committee be commended and the necessary corrections be made and the committee discharged. The President's Hour, conducted by Mrs. E. L. Stepteau; after introducing the subject: "Some Things I should Like To See At The Next General Conference." Mrs. Briscoe, the President, was introduced, who told us she would love to see the women of this great church of ours, have a missionary department, controlled entirely by our women.

Mrs. Hill wanted that the General Conference adopt some plan to take care of our Superanuated Ministers, the Widows and Children of this great Church. Mrs. Clara Harris also spoke on this subject:

Mrs. Morley, who was to have spoken on the third thought, for better arrangements of the auditorium, where the General Conference will be held, was absent, owing to illness. Mrs. Stepteau spoke on this. Mrs. Lillian Johnson, wife of the Secretary of Church Extension Society, asked the women to go to the General Conference and put on a program that will put Wilberforce University on a footing with Harvard and other schools.
