Report of Treasurer Mrs. E. V. Ford was made.  Received and adopted.

A notion made by Mrs.C.B. Davis, seconded by Mrs.Mamie Queen that the Secretary read only the total amount of money raised by churches of each District.  Carried.  The report was received and adopted.  The President commended the Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary for their splendid year's work.

Report of the Quadrennial readjustment committee.  The report was received and adopted.

Report of Auditing Committee, received and adopted.

Report of Executive Board, received and adopted.

Mrs M.P. Hill mad a plea for help for the cause of Temperance.  On motion by Mrs Davis seconded by Mrs Morley, that an offering be lifted at once.  The motion was carried.

The amount raised for Temperance --$10.25.  Mrs. Hill thanked the convention; and made a motion that the Temperance Committee have a card, like the other committees, and that we bring a collection from each society.  Carried.

It was moved and seconded that we consider the place of out next meeting.

Mrs. K.J. Henry invited the convention to Cambridge for its annual meeting.  It was carried unanimously.

The following Quarterly Meetings will be held:
First Quarter at Allen A.M.e. Church, Baltimore.
Second Quarter, St. Paul, Washington.
Third Quarter, Havre de Grace.

The next order of business was the election of officers.  Mrs.Hurst , nor Mrs Handy being present, the President asked Mrs. M.C. Beckett to take charge of the election.

A motion was made by Mrs Barnum that the rules be suspended and the President, Mrs. F.N. Briscoe, First Vice-President,Mrs. B.G. Boston, Second Vice-President, Mrs. McEaddy, Recording Secretary, Mrs M.M. Pinder, Assistant Recording Secreatary,Mrs.. M.J. Henry, Corresponding Secretary, Mrs. Clara Harris, and Treasurer, Mrs E.V. Ford, be elected by acclamation.  Carried.

The rest of the officers were also elected by acclamation:
Chairman Y.P.D., Mrs M.F. Thompson; Chairman, Temperance.  Ms E.C. Hammond:  Chairman of Special Fund, and Secretary   of Parnet- Contingent Committee, Mrs Fannie Simms; Chairman Prayer and Praise, Mrs D Murray; Assistant Chairman Prayer and Praise, Mrs. A. Baker, Chairman Quadrennial Committee,Mrs. Pendleton; Chairman Student Fund, Mrs. Lillian Johnson:Chairman Sara A Tanner Mem. Fund, Mrs.
D Murray; Chairman Mother's Meetings, Mrs Annie Sewell.  The silent ballot was used to elect the Executive Board.

Ms. Only and Mrs. Catherine Ambush and Mrs. Marie Wilson were elected tellers.

On motion by Mrs C. E. Harris, seconded by Mrs. Violet Manokoo that the Secretary call the roll.  Carried.

Mrs Briscoe moved that we allow Mrs.M.F. Thompson to go with the tellers who are young and inexperienced, to insturct them.  There were 56 person voted for the motion and 1 against it.  The motion was carried.
