Presiding Elder; Rt. Rev. J. A. Johson, D. D., Presiding Bishop; Mrs. Fannie N. Briscoe, President.
10:00 A. M.—Prayer and Praise service, led by Mrs. Dora Murray and Mrs. M. E. Diggs. All present gave testimony as to their love for God. After shaking hands the meeting was turned over to the President.

The roll was called. Sixty-three responded, with Scripture quotations.
The following committees were appointed: Courtesy—Mrs. Bessie Baker and Mrs Ella Smith; Finance—Mrs. Margaret Thomas; Contingent—Mrs. Hester Ward; Minutes—Mrs. Edris Morley; Quadrennial—Mrs. C. Pendleton; Special Fund—Mrs. F. M. Simms; Student Fund—Mrs. O. J. Hayman; Sarah A. .Tanner Memorial Fund—Mrs. Dora Murray.

Mrs. Margaret Thomas made a motion that instead of the delegates reading their reports at each Quarterly meeting, that they be read at the Annual Meeting. Motion carried.

The names and addresses of the sick members were give to Mrs. M. F. Thompson, who will send them cards.

The President read a beautiful letter from Mrs. Rosa J. Martin, expressing thanks to the society for the cards they have sent her during her illness.

Mrs. Dora Murray brought greetings from Mrs. I. N. Ross, wife of the Bishop of the Twelfth Episcopal District, expressing regrets that she could not be present on account of illness.

The President urged each President to see to it that each member of their various societies pay ten (10cts.) cents per month for Quadrennial Assessment.

Mrs. Briscoe asked if it was necessary to continue to carry the Temperance Department. Those who spoke on the subject were: Mrs. McEaddy, Mrs Barnum, and Mrs Murray; after hearing the discussion for ten minutes, the President decided it was the desire of the Society to continue the Temperance Department.

The Mary A. Campbell Circle made its report. Report adopted.
The Missionary Alliance made its report. Report adopted.
Mrs. C. E. Harris, President of the Alliance, made a short address and invited all ministers' wives to the "At Home on Friday during the Annual onference.[[sic]]

Mrs. M. F. Thompson called a conference with the ladies of the Society who were on her committee, immediately after dinner, to discuss the work of the Y. P. D.

Mrs. Briscoe introduced Mrs. Mary F. Handy, President of the Parent Body, who gave us a beautiful talk on the cause of Missions; she also spoke of the subject that is dearest to her heart, "The Old Folks Home".

Mrs. C. E. Harris read a commdnication [[sic]] from Mrs. Minnie  Johnson, wife of our own Bishop J. Albert Johnson, and one from Mrs. M. S. C. Beckett, Corresponding Secretary of the Parent Body.

Introductions: Presiding Elder J. S. Collins, Revs. J. O. Hayman, P. H. Green, W. H. Thomas, J. W. Bond, J. G. Martin, J. J. Baker, M. H. Davis, W. H. Manokoo, O. J. W. Scott, Sterling Brown of Howard University. Dr. Reynolds.

Rev. Sterling Brown gave us an address in the interest of religious activities of Howard University, which was very helpful and much enjoyed.
