I think it must have been about three a.m. when we lay down this morning. Anyway, I know I'm jolly well tired today. We had breakfast, after [[strikeout]]a[[/strikeout]] we had splashed around in the little bath in the garden to our heart's content, and then we set sail for Aden.

Altogether we had a decidedly slick time. I'd like to try a week out there for a change. It must be all to the merry.

I had a good fat sleep after tiffin today, you can bet samoleons to crullers on that.

Mail day again. Small crop, with corresponding despair.

I had the satisfaction of putting Reis under again tonight.
