We had a nice little drive this afternoon, or rather we would have had if it hadn't been for the horses. It was more of a walk, in fact. 

The register denotes the large and distinguished list of guests at our final dinner this evening. After dinner we all went off on the "Prinzregent", and the Cs embarked for Daressalaam and so endeth their Zanzibar experiences.

Ah! evidently they still think of us, for I had a wire from them today. "Bring out three dozen oranges, two dozen yellow bananas Comstock"

Well, by jinks, old 1910 is down for the count in the fatal fifteenth! The year has gone by like hell, and I dunno where. And I'm so damned tired now that I'm going to bed on the minute, and miss seeing the New Year in, for the first time I can remember.
