After about an hours talking, persuading & scolding we succeeded in making her saw she would probably do

it.  It was almost a promise, and we stopped in to see the Blights and tell them of our success.  The other girls were there, and they looked upon Sybil and myself with wonder.  We were both in a state of excitement and delight all the rest of the way.  And I for one wait with impatience for tomorrow to settle this affair.
