It is such a different life in New York; always on the go. I feel the change a great deal.

Thursday I rode again. Friday I rode in the morning and drove Alfred's pony in the afternoon as he has not been very well and could not ride or drive.

I said Good bye to Mr Langley quite sadly. We shook hands, and he kept mine in his quite a while. He said he had
