Helped with the milking am washing also. It's rather cloudy but I believe they will dry anyway. Got some of the ironing done. Peg did it while I went with the men to the farm and on to the locker. Came back got supper Helped with the dishes then went to bed read some

Cloudy we may have light showers today. Hope they get the cistern top poured today Want to go to Grange tonight, had to go in to town for calf feed. We went to Grange Clarence did not go because Arthur Clappsall came to shear the sheep.
George had to go to a P.T.A. meeting So Arthur only got 6 out.

Arthur sheared 6 sheep

Kline was here 2 hrs
2 men 1/2 hrs work
8.25 7 hrs 3.5 more
8.20 They arrived 1/2 hr lunch
left 4.30 quit at 4.15
