It was cloudy but, I believe it is clearing. So had the wash water put on. Hope to get them dry. They did Gwynn and I went in town and paid line Ins. $14.49 He paid $5.00 I also sent out my bill to Lazarus, $6.48. $4.02 for Hose $2.46 for Bill fold. Came home and did the ironing.
Florence and Charles' baby were out a little while.

Pretty day. Have to bake gem. cakes for tonight. Bertha & I serve tonight at Grange. Bertha called and told me Edna Hill was sick and her eyes had gone bad. Maybe cateracts. Gee, I hope not. I guess that is a mistake. Its something about the retina behaving broken. We had a nice time at Grange. There were not so many there. We had gem cakes, ice cream bars and coffee. Mary & I honored all mothers with S. Pea Corsagle. Then, honored mom, Ethel Taylor Georgina and Loss. Oldest youngest, most, and most grand children. Peg played for Dick to sing
