Dampened the clothes Worked in the garden sowed some radishes beets, turnips and cucumbers. Finally got it pretty well weeded. Went in town and got some white shoes. Margaret & Sue went swimming. Peg and I are going to Bingo.

Did not do a whole lot of anything. Baked an apple cobbler and some cup cakes. Got dinner then went for my wave came home and tried to take a nap but could not succeed with the kids carrying on. The Club went to see Mandrake the Magician. He was pretty good. He had put a girl to sleep at 8:30 and awakened her at 10:50 but we were already in and we could not see her awake.
