She had 215 bales. [[note at bottom of page which may be a continuation of journal entry from the next day]] We also sent a few cards from there. [[/note]] [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] SATURDAY 14 AUGUST 227th Day 139 Days to come [[double line]] [[/preprinted]] We went out to Emerys and baled hay Had 108 I believe. He has some straw but we decided to do it later. We got ready and left for Pa at 6.00. We arrived at Watters at 1215 but they were an hour faster So we did not disturb them. We had a nice time at the Reunion We left around 4:00 to start for Niagra Falls. We drove until we got to Erie Then we stayed all night at a tourist home. Mr & Mrs R Bowen and boys Peter & David. We slept fine. We started around 9.00 for Buffalo But we had picked up a roofing nail and had the tire repaired and ate breakfast in North East.
