He has to borrow some of course. If he saves as he says he will have paid the note by May 4th. We paid Tangers up until Jan. 10 '49 we will just owe for locker rental - $18.00 a year. Went to Benefit Ball game. Am baking pies Intended to take to our sick neighbors but am afraid it will make them sicker. They are rather tough. I bought some [[underlined]] lard?? [[/underlined]] at Eaveys?. Took a pie to Miller & Gordens. They are both better but Mabel is not too good yet. Took a nap in the P.M. In fact Pearl & Dale woke us up we had a nice visit. We were supposed to go on to Lelands but Clarence was sick.
