Took Gwynn out to get the tractor at Beattys. paid the bill. $11.40 also took the rod back to Stayrooks at De graff. Paid $6.58 for that. Called on Aunt Minnie & Rowena a little while. Came back home and just got here when Gwynn called that he had broken a share Had to go get him and have it straghtened & welded. got him fixed up and came home rested a little He called and had the same thing to do over came back then took Richard in for a lesson he got along O.K.

Raining and Snowing quite cool. Have some ironing and Cleaning to do. a miserable day. Dick wants to try out for the Junior Fair program. He got no where because they wanted instruments and groups. no solos were Considered. got Peg new shoes, hose, & gloves.
