Rainy. I mended. Put patches on 4 pairs of overalls for Clarence each leg. Also did some other sewing. Almost finished my green. Will have to get buttons and buckle A man came for part of Mother's hay They had 197 bales. They only weighed a little over 60 lbs. at $20 a ton $120.10 was amt of check

Mother to Dr

Olive and I are going in to see Sylvia Smiths father who passed on last Sat. in A.M. Mother is going to the Dr also. Am supposed to ride with Mrs Herd but will not be able to. We went home with Olive for lunch  Had a lovely dinner and did so enjoy the television Ruth particular Margaret went to Sue's birthday party and took her a necklace. Richard Clarence & I went to Grange.
